Registrations Tutorial for International Participants

1. Go to the Official Website https://www.aapdasia2025.com and click "Register for International Participants"


2. After clicking "Register for International Participants" you will be redirected to the "Scientific Congress for International Participants" page—click the gold "Register" button on the right to begin your registration.

Please note: Each payment in USD includes an additional administration fee, as shown in the fee table on the page.


3. After clicking the gold "Register" button, a ticket selection window will appear where you can choose your participant type—such as Dentist, Dental Hygienist / Therapist, Dental Student, Chief Dental Officer, or Accompanying Person.

Note: Ticket types are categorized into Early Bird, Regular, and Onsite—each with different pricing. A group registration option for 10 participants is also available and listed in the pricing section.


4. After clicking “Register” on the previous page, you will be redirected to the registration form page where you must fill in the required personal details including your name, email, WhatsApp number, country, institutional affiliation, and participation status before proceeding to payment.


5. After completing the participant information form, you will be redirected to the address entry page. Please fill in your full name, phone number, and street address. Make sure all the provided information is accurate. Once everything is correct, click the “Confirm” button to proceed to the payment stage.


6. On the “Extra Info” page, you will see an option labeled “Pendaftaran Kolektif” (Group Registration). If you are registering only one person, you may ignore this section and leave it unchecked. Once ready, click on the “Continue checkout” button to proceed to the payment page.


7. On the “Payment” page, please review your billing address to ensure it is accurate. Then, choose your preferred payment method — either PayPal or Wire Transfer. Once you have selected your payment option, click the corresponding button below (e.g., the blue “PayPal” button) to proceed with the payment process.


8. To proceed with the payment via PayPal without logging in, simply enter your email address in the provided field and click "Next."


9. Next, enter your debit or credit card details in the fields provided to complete the payment without needing a PayPal account.


10. After completing all the required information, click ‘Agree and Pay.’ A notification will then be sent via email.

Panduan Pendaftaran untuk Partisipan Indonesia


1. Kunjungi situs resmi AAPD Asia 2025 di: https://www.aapdasia2025.com lalu klik tombol "Register for Indonesian Participants" untuk mulai pendaftaran sebagai peserta dari Indonesia.


2. Setelah mengklik “Register for Indonesian Participants”, akan diarahkan ke halaman “Scientific Congress for Indonesian Participants”—klik tombol Register untuk memulai pendaftaran.

Catatan: Terdapat tiga jenis tiket: Early Bird, Regular, dan Onsite, dengan harga sesuai periode pendaftaran.


3. Setelah mengklik tombol Register, pilih tipe tiket sesuai kategori peserta (Dokter Gigi Non-Member IPKESGIMI, Dokter Gigi Member IPKESGIMI, atau Mahasiswa Kedokteran Gigi), lalu tentukan jumlah peserta yang ingin didaftarkan.


4. Setelah memilih tipe tiket dan jumlahnya, isi data peserta sesuai kolom yang diminta—termasuk nama, NIK, Nomor Whatsapp, email, tempat dan tanggal lahir, nama institusi, username SATUSEHAT SDMK, serta pilih status sebagai Participant Only atau Participant and Oral/Poster Submitter, lalu klik Go to Payment.


5. Setelah mengisi data peserta dengan benar, akan diarahkan ke halaman metode pembayaran. Pilih bank yang ingin digunakan (misalnya BRI, BNI, BSI, CIMB Niaga, atau Mandiri), lalu klik Pay now untuk menyelesaikan pembayaran.


6. Jika sudah memilih metode pembayaran melalui salah satu bank yang tersedia, sistem akan menampilkan nomor Virtual Account, jumlah yang harus dibayar, serta batas waktu pembayaran.

Lakukan transfer sesuai nominal yang tertera dan sebelum batas waktu yang ditentukan agar pembayaran dapat diverifikasi secara otomatis tanpa perlu konfirmasi manual. Pembayaran bisa dilakukan melalui ATM, mobile banking, internet banking, atau metode transfer lainnya yang sesuai dengan bank yang dipilih. Tiket acara akan dikirim melalui email dan WhatsApp setelah pembayaran terverifikasi.

Abstract Submission Guideline


1. Open the official website at https://www.aapdasia2025.com.

On the top navigation menu, select the “Abstract Submissions” option.


2. After clicking the Abstract Submissions menu on the homepage, the page redirects to a submission form where required data must be entered as requested, including Presenter (First Author) Full Name, Academic / Professional Title, Institution Address, and Institutional Affiliation.

Note: Ensure that all entered information is correct and has been thoroughly checked for accuracy before submission.


3. Fill in all the required fields as indicated, such as Presenter (First Author) Country, Email Address, Phone or WhatsApp Number, Full List of Authors, and Full List of Authors Affiliations, ensuring each entry is accurate and correctly written.


4. For this step, complete the required fields by entering the Title of Abstract, selecting a Preferred Presentation Type (Oral, Poster, or Either), choosing Yes or No under Willing to Participate in Award, and filling in the Background and Objectives sections accurately.


5. Participants must provide information for Methods, Results, Conclusion, and Keywords, ensuring that all entries are accurate, clearly written, and correctly reflect the content of their research.


6. Once all the required data is correctly filled in, select your abstract file by clicking the Choose File button next to Abstract File Upload. After selecting the appropriate .doc or .docx file, check all the declaration boxes, then click Submit to finalize your abstract submission.


7. If the abstract was successfully submitted, you’ll be redirected to this confirmation page that says “Thank You! Your abstract has been submitted.” This means your file has been uploaded and the submission process is complete.
